Like Picasso

Sometimes I feel like the homemaker version of Pablo Picasso. He had all those phases to his creative life, like his Blue Period. I'm currently in my Salad Period. I'm obsessed with all variations of that dish, and can't make enough of them. My latest muse is this Warm Shrimp and Endive Salad.
