what a neat bunch of memories-- the best of the Big Apple with a dear friend!
Looks like you are having a wonderful time. New York sounds like such a foreign experience from all I have ever known. I was there once when I was nine, it was the year my mom died and I went with my Aunt Dorothy on a brief taxi ride by some of the important landmarks. I recall none of it other than the ride on the taxi, which was a first for me.
I am going to venture to a new place for me in six weeks. I bought a plane ticket to Spokane for a visit to my sister! I have never been to Washington before, despite the fact that they have lived there for years. It is a birthday gift to myself--a foretaste of Branson this summer!
